1980's Lilli Ann of San Francisco Black Wool Skirt Suit With Abstract Lapel. Lapel and cuffs are trimmed with red and white piping. One side of the lapel is normal while the other is a shawl collar. Features big dagger shaped cuffs. Very unique design with a beautiful fit to the waist. This garment is very thoughtfully designed and it shows. Button placket is beautiful as well.
