1970's Custom Made Black Lace Maxi Gown. One shoulder with a side slit. beading around the neckline and feathers underneath, encircling the neckline. The bottom portion of the gown has several tiers of layered feathers. The last itself is gorgeous as well and has a nice stiffness to it.
