1970's Dolly Rocker Maxi Length Dress. Beautiful print on a very light cotton. Tuxedo ruffle down the center bust, with velvet belt and square brass buckle. Long sleeve with ruffles around the cuffs and neckline. Lined in the skirt but not in the bust.
