Beautiful circa 1970 Peck & Peck two-piece set in a richly textured wool tweed. The set includes a sleeveless tunic-style top and matching A-line skirt, both fully lined for a beautifully finished, substantial feel.
The wool is woven in a subtle mix of brown, cream, black, and rust, giving it incredible texture and depth. The top has a clean, slightly boxy silhouette with a deep V neckline finished with leather bow details and trim, an unexpected detail that gives the otherwise classic set a slightly rustic, modern feeling. The matching skirt sits at the waist and falls into an easy A-line shape. Side zip on the top.
A great example of late 1960s/early 1970s American sportswear from Peck & Peck, and especially good worn as a full set or broken apart and styled individually.
